Usage:
Ethyl acetoacetate is broadly used in organic synthesis, such as synthesis of heterocyccic compounds like Pyridine, Pyrrole. Pyrazolone, Primidine and so on;
In pharmaceuticals, by Cyclic reaction with Resorcinol, anti-allergen drug intermediates are formed;
Other important applications include pesticides, fragrances, photochemical products, polymerization catalyst, solvents and reagents for inspection of thallium, calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, and copper.
