Property:
The melting point of Vitamin D3 is 82-87℃. The alpha is 105 º (c=0.8, EtOH 25 ºC) and the water solubility of Vitamin D3 is <0.1g/L (20℃). Vitamin D3 has several forms:
Cholecalciferol, (sometimes called Calciol) which is an inactive, unhydroxylated form of Vitamin D3); Calcifediol (also called 25-Hydroxyvitamin D3), which is the form measured in the blood to assess Vitamin D status; Calcitriol (also called 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3), which is the active form of Vitamin D3.

Usage:
Vitamin D3 is used as additives in feed premixes.
Packing and storage:
Vitamin D3 is packed in 25kg paper cartons lined with food grade PE bags. Vitamin D3 should be stored in cool place.
Shelf life:
Vitamin D3 is kept for 1 year in original packages under the described conditions.
